Sometimes, you might want to allow someone to help with account recovery but not give them access to manage your subscription or delete your team. Click Manage next to Groups, select Owners, then click Update Groups.Click the name of a team member to view their details.That way, if you can’t sign in, someone will be able to help you.īefore you can add someone to the Owners group, you’ll need to invite them. You can’t recover your own account, so make sure you add at least one other person to the Owners group. It only takes a few steps to make sure no one on your team ever loses access. If you can’t access your account, no one will be able to manage your team or recover accounts for others. If you’re the one who created your team, you’re the owner, which means you have some special privileges.
